Do you clean my windows in the rain?

 

Yes, window cleaning in the rain does not affect the quality of the cleaning. Once we clean your windows the rain will just bead off the glass. If it is heavy rain or thunder, we may reschedule your window cleaning for safety reasons.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.

 

What do I need to do before you arrive?

 

Nothing. We will arrive with all the necessary equipment to complete your job with no fuss.

 

Do you have insurance?

 

Yes, we have full public liability insurance and sickness and accident insurance.

 

What do you actually clean?

 

We not only clean the glass, we also wash your screens, remove cobwebs from your window and surrounds and wipe the sills.

 

Do I have to take my curtains/blinds down?

 

No, usually we don’t need to remove these. Rarely we need to but we can organise this.

 

Do I need to move any furniture?

 

No, we move any furniture and replace it as necessary.
